Lloyd Pedersen began his relationship with resort properties in Northern Michigan in 1985 by purchasing the oldest real estate firm in Harbor Springs which included offices in Harbor Spring, Bay View and moving his wife and 5 children to Harbor Springs from the Palm Springs area of California. He and his wife Joyce successfully operated and built this business, adding a third office in Petoskey, until they sold to Graham Real Estate in 1994.
 
In 1995, Lloyd took his resort expertise to Bay Harbor as an Associate Broker with Bay Harbor Properties during the development and building of the unbelievable Bay Harbor waterfront community with over five miles of Lake Michigan waterfront. Lloyd’s listing and sales skills earned him the admiration and respect of many Bay Harbor owners and the recognition of being one of the top real estate agents in Bay Harbor.
 
In 2002, Lloyd left Bay Harbor Properties and went out on his own under the name Lloyd D. Pedersen, Realtor and Connect North Resort Rentals. In 2003 Lloyd was asked to serve as the exclusive rental agent for The Cliffs Condominiums in Bay Harbor. He continues to manage resort rentals in The Cliffs, Bay Harbor and on Walloon Lake and also does commercial property management. Lloyd continues to sell resort properties, representing Buyers only as a Buyer’s Broker, thus giving Buyers the representation that they deserve; without any conflicts of interest. After nearly 24 years of successfully listing and selling properties, he made the determination in 2008 to represent Buyers only. HE DOES NOT LIST ANY PROPERTIES, HE ONLY REPRESENTS BUYERS.
